The diamond tools used for cutting cements are built according to the variable characteristics of the cements themselves, the power of the motors that drive the tool and the conditions of use.

It is therefore necessary to know the type of aggregate mixed with the cement, the percentage of cement used, the type of reinforcement used (metallic net, iron rod, diameter of the rod, frequency of the rod used in the inert).

It is also very important to determine whether the cements are fresh (those built within 3 days are considered as such) or cured cements: fresh cements are particularly abrasive. In this case, we recommend using our A2MM alloy. The semi-fresh cements (from 31 days to 60 days of seasoning) are cut with our alloy A3. The cured cements are cut with our A alloy.
